1.What is the return policy at Eboni?

  1. Return Claims are valid for THREE DAYS FROM THE WATCH IS RECEIVED.
  2. We will serve return claims ONLY IF THE watch has never been tried at all. If there are traces of use on the watch, we will not serve return claims.
  3. INCLUDE UNBOXING VIDEOS AND PRODUCT PHOTOS when the new watch package is received. Without video unboxing, we will not serve return claims.

 

Apa kebijakan pengembalian di Eboni?

  1. Klaim Pengembalian berlaku selama TIGA HARI SEJAK JAM DITERIMA.
  2. Kami akan melayani klaim pengembalian HANYA JIKA jam belum pernah dicoba sama sekali. Jika ada bekas pemakaian pada jam tangan, kami tidak akan melayani klaim retur.
  3. SERTAKAN VIDEO UNBOXING DAN FOTO PRODUK saat paket jam tangan baru diterima. Tanpa video unboxing, kami tidak akan melayani klaim retur.

 

 

2.What are the provisions for returning watches?

In addition to a one-year warranty from purchase, Eboni also provides services in the form of EBONI WATCH RETURNS. Watch return is a service that Eboni provides if the watch you receive has deficiencies or problems. Eboni will replace it with a new watch, and we will bear the shipping costs.

 

We will only serve return claims, with the following conditions:

  1. Wrong color strap due to negligence by Eboni Watch.
  2. Wrong type of watch due to negligence on the part of Eboni Watch.
  3. The watch you received is dead or disabled.
  4. Not according to the request you want.

 

Bagaimana ketentuan pengembalian jam tangan?

Selain garansi satu tahun sejak pembelian, Eboni juga memberikan pelayanan berupa RETUR JAM EBONI. Retur jam tangan adalah layanan yang Eboni berikan jika jam tangan yang kamu terima ada kekurangan atau kendala. Eboni akan mengganti dengan jam tangan baru, serta ongkos kirim akan kami tanggung.

 

Klaim retur hanya akan kami layani, dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:

  1. Salah warna strap akibat kelalaian pihak Eboni Watch.
  2. Salah tipe jam tangan akibat kelalailan pihak Eboni Watch.
  3. Jam tangan yang kamu terima dalam keadaan mati atau pun cacat.
  4. Tidak sesuai dengan request yang kamu inginkan.

 

3.How to return my watch if it does not match with what I ordered?

  1. Make sure the package has been received by you. DON'T FORGET FOR THE UNBOXING VIDEO PACKAGE.
  2. If you find any problems with your watch, (clock off, defective watch, wrong type, wrong strap color), take a photo of the watch you received immediately.
  3. Contact Ebmin Ratna (Eboni Aftersales) on WhatsApp 0811-286-220.
  4. Send the unboxing video of the watch package along with a photo of your watch to Ebmin Ratna for a return claim.

 

Bagaimana cara klaim retur jam?

  1. Pastikan paket sudah diterima olehmu. JANGAN LUPA UNTUK VIDEO UNBOXING PAKET.
  2. Jika menemukan kendala pada jam tanganmu, (jam mati, jam cacat, salah tipe, salah warna strap), segera foto jam tangan yang kamu terima.
  3. Hubungi Ebmin Ratna (Aftersales Eboni) di WhatsApp 0811-286-220.
  4. Kirim video unboxing paket jam tangan beserta foto jam tanganmu ke Ebmin Ratna untuk klaim retur.
